TLDR A holistic approach combining homeopathy, Xogen therapy, and lifestyle changes may improve hair loss.
This retrospective case series evaluated the integrative management of androgenic alopecia (AGA) in five adult male patients using individualized homeopathy, Xogen therapy, and lifestyle optimization over a minimum 6-month follow-up. The treatment protocol included homeopathic remedies, low-level laser therapy combined with a nutrient serum, dietary optimization, and vitamin supplementation. All patients showed a reduction in hair fall, improved scalp conditions, and increased hair density, as confirmed by clinical photography and patient satisfaction scores. No adverse events were reported. The study suggests that a holistic, multi-modal approach may offer synergistic benefits for AGA management, though the small sample size and lack of a control group limit the generalizability of the findings. Future research should involve larger, controlled trials to better understand the efficacy of this integrative protocol.
