TLDR JAK inhibitors might help treat Lichen Planopilaris, but more research is needed.
JAK inhibitors are emerging as a potential new therapeutic option for treating Lichen Planopilaris (LPP) and Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA), particularly in cases that are resistant to other treatments. However, the current data supporting their use is limited to retrospective studies and case reports, indicating a need for further research to establish their efficacy and safety in these conditions.
