TLDR Good logistics service quality and customs clearance boost delivery service loyalty.
This study investigates the impact of logistics service quality, logistics cost, and customs clearance on delivery service loyalty within the Indonesian horticultural industry. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS)-SEM for data analysis, the research finds that logistics service quality and customs clearance positively influence delivery service loyalty, while logistics cost and horticultural company satisfaction do not. The study suggests expanding future research beyond Indonesia to include developing or developed countries.
