Sixty dogs were divided into three groups: melatonin, PBM, and PBM + melatonin, with each group containing 20 dogs. The primary outcome was hair regrowth, assessed by follicle density, while secondary outcomes included hair thickness over a 90-day period. The study aims to determine if PBM can promote hair regrowth, with data analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA and significance set at p < 0.05.
