March 2022
The case report presented three women aged 28 to 37 experiencing hair loss and thinning of the central scalp. They underwent a treatment regimen consisting of three mesotherapy sessions and three PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) hair treatments over six weeks, with follow-up over three months. The study found that this combination treatment was safe, with minimal side effects, and led to satisfactory results. Patients reported cessation of hair loss in the initial weeks, and new hair follicles and growth were observed after three months. The study concluded that the combination of mesotherapy and PRP was effective in treating hair loss in women.
