Conducted with 50 participants, divided into two groups of 25, the study found that MN with minoxidil (Group I) showed a higher rate of excellent response (76%) compared to MN with multivitamin solution (Group II) which had a 40% excellent response rate. Side effects included pain (24%), bruising (16%), and folliculitis (8%). The study concluded that MN is a safe and cost-effective procedure that stimulates hair follicles and improves hair growth.
