This study evaluated a minimal incision temporal brow lift technique in 25 patients over a 6-month period in Duhok, Iraq. The procedure aimed to elevate the lateral brow with a small incision within the temporal hairline. Results showed higher satisfaction among females (56%) compared to males (4%), and under local anesthesia (9.36%) versus general anesthesia (6.24%). Complications included internal stitch exposure, unilateral neuropraxia, skin necrosis, scar alopecia, asymmetry, and chronic postoperative pain, each affecting a small percentage of patients. The study concluded that the technique is practical and safe, but further research is needed to assess long-term benefits.
