The Multi-Purpose Rejuvenating Poly-Herbal Gel

The study focuses on the development of a multipurpose herbal gel formulation designed for daily use, offering benefits for hair manageability and skin care. The gel incorporates natural ingredients such as lotus, aloe, rice water, turmeric, saffron, vitamin E, starch, rose oil, and coconut oil, which contribute to its antimicrobial, antioxidant, and hydrating properties. The formulation was evaluated for various parameters, including odour, consistency, pH, viscosity, washability, foam capacity, stability, and antimicrobial effectiveness. Results indicated that the gel is non-irritating to the skin and scalp, enhances hair softness and shine, and imparts a glow to the skin. The lotus seed in the gel is noted for its potential to stimulate hair follicles and promote new hair growth. The ingredients are readily available and cost-effective, making the final product affordable.
