Muscular Increase and Definition of the Back Contour Through Key Fat Grafting and Liposuction

The study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of enhancing back muscle definition and contour through key fat grafting and liposuction, involving 102 patients, primarily female, with a median age of 37 years. The procedure targeted muscles such as the trapezius, erector spinae, and latissimus dorsi, with a low complication rate of 3.6% and no adverse events reported. High satisfaction was noted, with 87.5% of patients reporting significant improvement by Day 180 and 88.9% willing to recommend the procedure. The study concludes that the combination of liposuction and fat grafting is a safe and effective method for improving back muscle definition and overall body contour, though it suggests further research with larger cohorts.
