    The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) offered various opportunities for academic growth to its members, particularly residents. During post-graduation, residents could access thesis grants and scholarships. Observerships and trainings were available post-graduation, providing further learning opportunities. The association also hosted award sessions for presenting research conducted during residency. Additionally, the IADVL digital academy served as a valuable learning resource.
