This case report discusses a 26-year-old woman diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and associated metabolic complications, including obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and prediabetes. The patient presented with symptoms such as irregular menses, weight gain, acne, hirsutism, and acanthosis nigricans. Laboratory tests confirmed impaired fasting glucose, hyperinsulinemia, and elevated serum testosterone.
