The treatment involved a personalized approach, considering various factors such as mental and physical characteristics, emotional susceptibility, and hereditary tendencies. Lycopodium clavatum was chosen as the constitutional remedy. Over a long-term follow-up, the patient experienced a reduction in active hair fall, prevention of new patches, progressive hair regrowth, stabilization of the scalp condition, and improved emotional adaptation. The case underscores the potential effectiveness of constitutional homoeopathic treatment for managing chronic recurrent alopecia areata in children.
