This study evaluated the predictive value of the serum albumin change rate (Alb Change Rate) for treatment efficacy in 95 patients with AIDS-related non-Hodgkin lymphoma (AR-NHL) undergoing targeted therapy. Results showed that 67.37% of patients responded effectively to treatment. The Alb Change Rate was significantly associated with treatment response, with an Alb Change Rate ≥ 0 linked to improved outcomes. Common adverse events included gastrointestinal symptoms, peripheral neuropathy, and alopecia. The study concludes that Alb Change Rate is a useful predictor of treatment response, emphasizing the importance of dynamic albumin monitoring and nutritional support during treatment. Further prospective studies are recommended to confirm these findings.
