Randomized Controlled Trial to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Facia Men's Capsule for Hair Loss

This randomized, open-label controlled clinical trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of Facia Men’s capsule for treating male pattern hair loss in 126 male participants aged 18 to 45 with androgenetic alopecia. Participants were divided into intervention and control groups, with the treatment group taking two capsules twice daily for 12 weeks. The study found a significant reduction in hair shedding in the treatment group compared to the control group (p < 0.001), with over 60% improvement in average hair fall counts. Safety assessments showed no significant changes in renal and liver function, although a small but statistically significant change in fasting blood glucose was noted, suggesting the need for future monitoring of metabolic health. Overall, Facia Men’s capsule was found to be an effective and safe herbal option for managing male pattern hair loss.
