The study introduces regenerative hair transplantation, an innovative technique that merges traditional hair transplantation with autologous stem cells to enhance hair growth and transplantation outcomes. The method involves extracting follicular stem cells, processing them, and injecting the resulting cell solution into the recipient area with native follicles. The analysis showed a high presence of cells marked with CD44, indicative of dermal papilla mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). This approach optimizes transplantation results by increasing hair density and quality, representing a significant advancement in baldness treatment. The technique is novel, as no prior literature describes this specific combination. The study is classified as Level of Evidence IV.
