Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Patients After Septoplasty

    The study evaluated the effectiveness of photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) combined with Respiro Mirtol forte in improving rehabilitation after septoplasty in 92 patients. Patients were divided into three groups: the 1st group did not receive PBMT, the 2nd group received PBMT at specific intervals post-surgery, and the 3rd group received both PBMT and Respiro Mirtol forte. Results showed that the 2nd and 3rd groups experienced significantly less pain and inflammation compared to the 1st group, with the 3rd group having the least pain. PBMT combined with Respiro Mirtol forte minimized pain, reduced inflammation, and resulted in less pronounced changes in the autonomic nervous system post-surgery.
