TLDR The supplement gummy and serum safely improve hair growth in women with hair loss.
This study investigates the safety and efficacy of a nutraceutical supplement gummy and peptide serum for treating female pattern hair loss (FPHL). Involving 85 females aged 28-65, the trial includes a three-month randomized placebo-controlled phase followed by a six-month open-label phase. Interim results from 48 participants show that the active treatment group experienced a higher mean change in hair count compared to placebo, with 82.6% showing improvement in WAASQ scores and a 312% relative improvement in hair growth metrics. The treatment was well-tolerated, with no significant laboratory changes and only mild to moderate adverse events unrelated to the treatment. These findings suggest the regimen is a promising and safe option for FPHL, offering meaningful improvements within 90 days.
