TLDR Dual TCR Treg cells are common in various mouse tissues and show diverse characteristics.
This study utilized scRNA+TCR-seq technology to analyze over 5,000 T cells per sample, revealing a high proportion of dual TCR Treg cells in various mouse tissues, including lymphoid and non-lymphoid sites like iLN, mLN, blood, and skin. The research highlighted both homogeneity and differences in TCR pairing patterns, V(D)J usage, and mRNA expression between dual and single TCR Tregs, as well as heterogeneity across different tissue sites. These findings offer new insights into the origins, characteristics, and mechanisms of Treg cells in different tissue locations.
