TLDR Silver nanoparticles made from Dracaena trifasciata extracts have strong antioxidant properties.
The study focuses on the eco-friendly biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using ethanolic extracts from the Dracaena trifasciata plant. The process is monitored through a color change and UV analysis, with maximum absorption at 459 nm. The synthesized AgNPs demonstrated strong antioxidant properties when compared to ascorbic acid but showed no anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. These findings suggest potential for further in-vivo animal studies.
