This study established normative ultrasound ranges for uterine and ovarian dimensions among 1,648 Indian women aged 18–40, highlighting distinct regional characteristics compared to Western populations. The research found that ovarian volume negatively correlates with age but positively with body weight, height, hirsutism score, insulin resistance, and testosterone. Endometrial thickness showed a positive correlation with age and waist circumference, but a negative correlation with body weight, BMI, skin fold, and triceps thickness. These findings provide valuable reference values for diagnosing and managing reproductive health disorders in Indian women.
