TLDR Royal Jelly gel is stable and may help with scar treatment.
The study evaluates the stability of Royal Jelly (RJ) gel as a potential topical therapy for improving surgical wound healing and reducing excessive scarring. It highlights the popularity of herbal therapies due to their accessibility and affordability. The research found that RJ contains flavonoids and phenols, with the latter ranging from 1.41% to 1.66%. The stability test demonstrated that RJ gel remained stable for up to 28 days under various conditions, with no significant changes in pH, color, smell, texture, or spreadability, suggesting its potential as a reliable option for scar treatment.
