    The study examined the prevalence of premature graying of hair (PMGH) among 239 university students in Saudi Arabia, revealing a prevalence rate of 37.2%. It identified significant associations between PMGH and factors such as smoking, keto diet, hair coloring, and family history. The findings suggest that both genetic and lifestyle factors contribute to early hair graying, and that lifestyle changes could potentially reduce its incidence and psychosocial effects. The study emphasizes the need for health education programs and further research, particularly in the Middle East, to explore prevention and treatment strategies. Limitations include its cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported data.
