This case report describes the successful management of rapidly progressive alopecia areata in a middle-aged female using a classical individualized homeopathic approach. The patient, who had not responded to previous treatments, experienced arrest of progression, significant reduction in hair fall, and sustained hair regrowth over a six-month follow-up period. The treatment was based on a comprehensive assessment of symptoms, constitution, and miasmatic factors, leading to a notable improvement in both hair condition and general health. This case underscores the potential effectiveness of homeopathy in treating alopecia areata, particularly when conventional methods fail.
