    Alopecia triangular temporal congénita was a rare condition with limited published articles, and there was still uncertainty regarding its etiology, age of onset, and treatment options. Trichoscopy had become a valuable tool for specific diagnosis and differential diagnosis with similar diseases. The document reviewed existing literature and examined the clinical and dermatoscopic features of observed cases.
