    The study investigated the effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on androgenetic alopecia, focusing on hair restoration, including white hair. Conducted as a randomized control trial with 56 participants, the research compared high leukocyte PRP with commercial PRP. Results indicated that while initial effects of PRP might not be immediately visible, high leukocyte PRP showed more significant benefits in increasing hair density and improving patient satisfaction. The study concludes that PRP, particularly high leukocyte PRP, is a promising regenerative treatment for androgenetic alopecia, enhancing hair restoration through positive growth factors.
