Therapeutic Management of Flea Allergy Dermatitis in a Dog

TLDR The dog fully recovered and regrew hair after treatment.
A male Pitbull dog with chronic flea allergy dermatitis and alopecia on its lower back was successfully treated using a combination of Fipronil and Methoprene Spot-On Solution, Chlorhexidine and Miconazole shampoo, and topical Miconazole, Ofloxacin, and Clobetasol ointment. Additionally, oral administration of Cephalexin and Prednisolone was given. This treatment regimen resulted in complete recovery and hair re-growth.
