The document reported two cases of tinea capitis in siblings aged 3 and 6, who experienced baldness for 1 month, initially presenting as red, itchy, scaly, and crusted spots. The hair was brittle and easily broken. Diagnosis was confirmed through positive KOH microscopic examination and cultures showing M. canis and Rhodotorulla. After 2 months of treatment with ketoconazole lotion and shampoo, the lesions improved.
