    The study conducted a retrospective trial on 50 female patients with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA) in Egypt, focusing on clinical features and treatment outcomes. The average onset age was 47 years, with a typical duration of 1.5 years. Notably, 22.6% of patients exhibited symptoms of concurrent lichen planus, and 30.1% had thyroid issues. Hypertension and diabetes were present in 12.9% and 6.5% of patients, respectively. The study concludes that FFA is a complex skin condition requiring further research due to the absence of a definitive treatment.
