This comprehensive review addresses the cutaneous and oral mucosal adverse events (AEs) associated with breast cancer treatments, which significantly affect patients' quality of life and treatment adherence. It highlights the importance of early detection and multidisciplinary management of these toxicities, which can arise from chemotherapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy. The review discusses the clinical presentation, pathophysiology, incidence, and management strategies for these AEs, emphasizing the need for evidence-based prevention and emerging approaches like nanoparticle-based delivery systems. By focusing on both cutaneous and oral complications, the review aims to enhance therapeutic experiences and outcomes for breast cancer patients through integrated care strategies.
