This study explores the use of trichoscopy in monitoring post-hair transplantation changes in six patients. It highlights that at 1 month post-transplant, perifollicular erythema and scaling are prominent. By 6 months, there is a consistent accentuation of follicular ostia with a perifollicular gray-white halo, alongside various hair shaft abnormalities throughout the post-transplant period. The findings suggest that trichoscopy can be valuable in assessing surgical outcomes and detecting complications early in the post-transplant setting.
