Folliculotropic Mycosis Fungoides (FMF) is a rare variant of T-cell lymphoma that affects the scalp, often presenting as alopecia. This review analyzed 10 studies to identify trichoscopic features of FMF, such as decreased pilosebaceous units, dotted dilated vessels, and perifollicular halos. Despite the predominance of case reports, trichoscopy is highlighted as a crucial diagnostic tool for FMF, revealing unique features like milky-red globules and distinct vascular patterns. However, larger studies are needed to solidify its role in differentiating FMF from other scalp disorders.
