Successful Treatment of Extensive Ritlecitinib-Refractory Alopecia Areata with Upadacitinib

This report discusses a case of a patient with alopecia areata who did not respond to traditional Chinese medicine or ritlecitinib, a standard treatment. The patient showed significant improvement after being treated with upadacitinib, with all symptoms normalizing by the 24-week follow-up.
