TLDR Surgical treatments and topical tofacitinib may help with vitiligo-related eyebrow and eyelash whitening, but more research is needed.

This systematic review evaluated treatment options for eyebrow and eyelash leukotrichia associated with vitiligo, analyzing 15 studies. Surgical treatments showed positive responses, while topical tofacitinib emerged as a promising new option. However, further research is necessary to establish the efficacy and optimal use of these treatments.
