Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKHD) is a rare autoimmune disorder affecting melanocyte-containing tissues, with common symptoms including vision and hearing loss, alopecia, and skin depigmentation. This case report describes a 21-year-old Asian female with VKHD, highlighting rare oral manifestations such as discolored and misaligned teeth, vitiligo, alopecia patches, and specific dental abnormalities. The report emphasizes the importance of recognizing atypical presentations of VKHD for effective management, thereby expanding the known clinical spectrum of the disease to include oral manifestations.
