This case study details the successful management of alopecia universalis in a 25-year-old male using classical homeopathy at Dr Batra’s® clinic after conventional treatments failed. The patient, who experienced complete hair loss and psychological distress, showed progressive and sustained hair regrowth over 21 months with the homeopathic remedy Fluoricum acidum, alongside intercurrent and auxiliary prescriptions. The treatment led to stabilization of hair loss and improved psychological well-being without adverse effects, highlighting the potential of individualized homeopathy for advanced autoimmune conditions.
