She was successfully treated with the oral antifungal agent fosravuconazole (FRVCZ), available since 2018 in Japan, which resolved her symptoms in 12 weeks without scarring or side effects. This case, along with previous reports, suggested that FRVCZ was effective in treating various dermatomycoses.
