minimally invasive surgery removing both ovaries and fallopian tubes
Laparoscopic Bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy (LBSO) is a minimally invasive surgical procedure in which both ovaries and fallopian tubes are removed using small incisions and a camera (laparoscope). This procedure is often performed to treat or prevent conditions such as ovarian cancer, endometriosis, or severe pelvic inflammatory disease.
