    Ovarian Hyperthecosis is a condition where the ovaries produce an excessive amount of androgens (male hormones), leading to symptoms such as severe acne, male-pattern hair growth (hirsutism), and sometimes hair loss (alopecia). This condition is often associated with insulin resistance and can be seen in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), but it is generally more severe.
