Pyrilutamide's 0.5% solution showed minimal improvement, while the 1% solution appears more promising but costly. The user is currently using finasteride and oral minoxidil and considering adding Pyrilutamide if effective and affordable.

A 28 year old using a hair loss prevention protocol to restore thinning hair, which includes finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil, stemoxydine, alopecin, nizoral shampoo and microneedling; the user is now adding pyrilutamide solution to the regimen with the hope of improving their results. RU58841 was also ordered but not yet used.

A user's regimen to help with their diffuse thinning, which includes taking Pyrilutamide BID, 1mg finasteride daily, 2.5mg oral minoxidil daily, topical minoxidil since August 2021, LLLT every two days, topical fin, progesterone, melatonin, minoxidil (started one week ago), pumpkin seed oil and not dermarolling; other commenters suggested Nizoral for dandruff control and caution when using pre-mixed products with Pyrilutamide.
