Oligospermia, also known as low sperm count or oligozoospermia, is a condition where a man has fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter of semen. This can affect fertility, making it more difficult for a couple to conceive naturally. Causes can include hormonal imbalances, genetic factors, lifestyle choices, and certain medical conditions.
