5 / 1000+ resultscommunity Been on homemade topical finasteride ( 0,025% ) for well over 2 years, and I just feel I maintain. Prior to that I have been using Rogaine ( Minoxidil foam 5% ) which had thickened the strands of hairs I already had. What changes could I made on my stack to see any further improvement?
The user has been using homemade topical finasteride for over 2 years with no side effects and Rogaine foam, considering a hair transplant in a year. They are contemplating whether to continue the current treatment, switch to oral finasteride with or without RU58841, and are unsure about potential side effects of oral medication.
community ~5 months topical minoxidil + oral finasteride results (swipe images). Slacked with minoxidil this past month, trying to wean off anyways. My last update because I’m hopping off fin and switching to RU in a few weeks (nothing to do with fin efficacy, just experimenting).
The user experienced significant hair thickening after using topical minoxidil and oral finasteride for about 5 months and is considering switching from finasteride to RU58841. Other users encourage the original poster to continue the current treatment due to the positive results.
community Oral minoxidil is not an option anymore
A user can't refill their oral minoxidil prescription due to it being out of stock and is seeking alternative hair loss treatments. Suggestions include finding it at another pharmacy, ordering online, using topical minoxidil orally, and considering finasteride or dutasteride.
community What else to add to my stack? All help extremely appreciated!
The user is using a hair loss treatment regimen including Avodart (dutasteride), oral minoxidil, LLLT caps, vitamins, and ketoconazole shampoo, and is considering adding dermarolling and RU58841. They are experiencing unwanted body hair growth from minoxidil and are planning for a future hair transplant.

The conversation discusses past and current hair loss treatments, with the user reflecting on expensive peptide treatments like topical Dutasteride, Latanoprost, and others, which were ultimately deemed less effective than oral Dutasteride and Minoxidil. The user now prefers the latter due to their cost-effectiveness and efficacy.
