A 30-month prospective case study evaluated the effectiveness of individualized classical homeopathic treatment combined with aesthetic adjuvant therapy in a 22-year-old male with androgenetic alopecia (AGA) Grade III-IV. The treatment, conducted at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic, involved constitutional and acute homeopathic remedies along with Xogen aesthetic therapy. Results showed an ~80% reduction in hair fall, resolution of dandruff, and improvements in hair density and thickness, with remission maintained for 6 months. The study concludes that this combined approach can offer sustained clinical improvement in AGA with holistic case analysis and long-term follow-up.
