Severe dysmenorrhea-related pain and abdominal mass sensation were significant for POF screening, while EMs were associated with symptoms like heavy menstrual bleeding and chronic pelvic discomfort. Most women with PCOS lived in rural areas, highlighting the need for improved healthcare access and early detection in these regions to enhance women's health and community resilience.
