In vitro analysis identified 75 compounds in QCF, with 27 active compounds absorbed in serum. Network pharmacology revealed 6 active components targeting 17 proteins, with pathways regulating extracellular matrix function, inflammation, immune response, and endocrine function. The findings elucidate QCF's molecular mechanism and material basis, suggesting its potential for treating other damp-heat related conditions.
