Conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Sri Bintan in 2025 with 30 participants, the research used a pre-experimental design. The Wilcoxon test results indicated that 26 out of 30 respondents experienced a decrease in hair loss after using the mask, with no increase in hair loss among any participants. The statistical analysis showed a significant difference in hair loss before and after treatment, with a Z value of -4.495 and p < 0.001, suggesting that bitter melon masks can effectively reduce hair loss in postpartum mothers.
