Initial tests showed elevated transaminase and creatine kinase levels, positive ANA, and decreased complement levels. Treatment with steroids and hydroxychloroquine led to symptom resolution by the eighth day of hospitalization. This case underscores the importance of early diagnosis and management of myositis, a rare SLE manifestation, to achieve positive outcomes.
