Results showed a 100% reduction in dandruff flakes and scalp itch, with a 30% decrease in histamines and a 50% reduction in oxidative stress markers. No side effects were reported, indicating that the Ayurvedic regime is a safe and effective solution for managing dandruff and improving scalp health.
