Dermoscopic examination revealed yellow dots in 79.9% of patients, black dots in 33.1%, exclamation mark hairs in 42.5%, and other features like short villus hairs, broken hairs, pigtail hairs, and Pohl-Pinkus constriction. A significant correlation was found between age and these dermoscopic features, with most patients being young, aged 10-30.
