    Leech therapy, or Jalaukavacharana, is an Ayurvedic technique used for blood purification and is effective in treating conditions like hair loss (Khalitya) by drawing out vitiated blood and releasing beneficial compounds. A case study of a 30-year-old female with persistent hair fall, dandruff, and scalp irritation demonstrated significant improvement after undergoing this therapy. This method offers a gentle, cost-effective, and minimally invasive alternative to conventional alopecia treatments, which often have adverse effects. The patient's progress was documented with clinical observations and photographic evidence.
