TLDR The serum improved hair growth and condition after hair transplant.
This one-year exploratory randomized pilot study evaluated the efficacy and tolerance of an anti-hair loss serum containing Silybum marianum extract, manganese PCA, and Lespedeza capitata extract in 30 men with androgenic alopecia following hair transplantation. The study found that the serum significantly improved hair growth and scalp condition, reduced scalp tightness and discomfort, and was well-tolerated by patients. With 86.7% of the test group experiencing significant improvement by month 6, the serum shows promise as a beneficial post-transplant adjuvant, though larger studies are needed to confirm these results.
